Hey Team IML! I think that innovation comes with need.
All you have to do is look for the ministry opportunities around you to find creative ways to reach your community.
What do I think it means to be innovative in ministry?
It is to be willing to meet people where they are in ways that are familiar and comfortable to them instead of trying to make them fit our churchy mold.
Just a thought. Thank you for posing the question, it should get quite a few interesting responses.
